An overview of issues to consider before  an emergency with references to environmental, legal, HR, and communications considerations.


9:30-10:30 -- First Responders: Highway Emergency Response to Trucking Accidents - James Sizemore, Shamrock Environmental and Sgt. Bill Moore, NCSHP

A view of emergency situations and responses from the point-of-view of first responders and law enforcement including on-the-scene response, accident investigation and follow up.

Reporting an incident is never easy, but it is required.  We'll cover the requirements and best practices for reporting and share valuable handouts with contact information for federal and state agencies.
