Speakers:

Carla Cobb, Partner, Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, LLP.  Carla’s practice areas include general civil litigation, premises liability, professional liability, and workers’ compensation.  Carla was a member of the faculty and speaker at the Advanced Workers’ Compensation program sponsored by the Sterling Education Services in March 2007, and in 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 was listed in Best Lawyers in America for Workers’ Compensation-Employers. 

Andrew Avram, Partner, Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog, LLP.  Andy has been handling workers’ compensations claims at CSH since 1990.  He has experience at all levels of workers’ compensation litigation including mediations, hearings at the Deputy Commissioner and Full Commission level, and Court of Appeals.  Andrew is a frequent speaker at seminars before workers’ compensation carriers and employers on various topics including occupational disease claims, return to work issues, cost control in the workers’ comp system, and case law  updates.

Brad Kline, Partner, Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog, LLP.  Brad has worked on civil litigation, employment law, police and municipal law and workers' compensation matters.  His primary focus is now in Workers' Compensation, Employment Law, and Municipal Law Practice Groups and he has experience handling claims involving traumatic injuries by accident, occupational diseases, chemical exposure, death claims, and permanent/total disability scenarios.
